frequently asked questions

Q: Will I remember anything?

A: On average, 70% of people remember most of what the experience is. It’s not right or wrong either way. Even though you may not consciously remember the subconscious mind does remember positive suggestions.

Q: How long will my results last?

A: It depends on how motivated and committed you are to the results. Most results are rapid, long-lasting and in most cases permanent.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: Typically, a handful of sessions is good. Every person responds differently. During the consultation process, we will determine what is best for you.

Q: How do I know I am not asleep?

A: In most cases you will hear my voice the entire time and once your subconscious mind is engaged, it will stay engaged until the session is over or until your conscious mind re-engages and you become fully alert.

Q: What if I cannot be hypnotized?

A: Everyone can be hypnotized, it is a process. If you can fall asleep you can be hypnotized. Just like exercise, the more you do it the stronger the muscle gets.

Q: What does it feel like to be hypnotized?

A: Full awareness of a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Even a short 20 minute hypnosis has been known to equal 5-6 hours of deep sleep.

Q: Can hypnosis be done virtually?

A: Absolutely it is just as effective via phone, zoom or FaceTime. The only requirement is a comfortable place for you to be, and the ability to follow the sound of my voice.
